Interview on Water Footprint in Onda Regional

After the great reception of the1st National Tomato Congress held on May 4, 2019.

The Congress was presented and conducted by the journalist from Onda Regional de Murcia Fernando Vera, and the inauguration ran by the Minister of Water, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, D. Miguel Angel del Amor, highlighting that Águilas is “a national benchmark in tomato production”,adding that “differentiation in the market has to come hand in hand with production of varieties that recover the traditional flavor and new forms of presentation, such as the Cherry tomato”.

A theme that aroused great curiosity and expectations was “The water footprint in tomato cultivation” provided by Dr.  Marco Antonio Oltra Cámara.

A week after the Congress was held, he was interviewed by Fernando Vera, a journalist from Onda Regional. Here is the interview.
